1. Subject
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between users of the website and "VibeInvite" (hereinafter "the Merchant") regarding the ordering and creation of digital invitations.
2. Order and contractual agreement
By submitting an order through the Site, the User expresses their desire for the creation of a personalized digital invitation. The contract is considered concluded upon confirmation by the Merchant and clarification of the design details.
3. Prices and payment
All prices announced on the Site are final. The Merchant reserves the right to change prices; however, changes do not affect already confirmed orders. Payment is made via Stripe, bank transfer, or other payment methods specified during the order process.
4. Production and delivery
The production time is specified individually for each order. The finished product is a link to a web page, which is delivered digitally to the User's email address.
warning5. Right of withdrawal (IMPORTANT)
According to consumer protection laws, the user has no right of withdrawal from the contract and no right to a refund of the amount paid, as the offered services represent the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized content.
6. Claims
The User has the right to file a claim only in case of technical defects or significant discrepancies with the agreed project due to an error by the Merchant. In such cases, the Merchant is obliged to correct the error at their own expense in the shortest possible time.
7. Copyright
All designs, elements, and content on the Site are subject to copyright. The User is granted the right to use the created invitation for personal needs but has no right to resell it or use it for commercial purposes.
8. General
For matters not settled in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of applicable legislation apply.
