Creating a digital invitation with VibeInvite takes five simple steps: inquiry, event details, design, revisions and delivery of your personal link. The whole process takes up to 5 working days, and the RSVP dashboard goes live the moment your invitation does.

1. Inquiry
Pick a design from the collection (or describe an idea for a custom one) and send us an inquiry through the site. We reply quickly with confirmation and next steps — no obligation at this stage.

2. Event details
Send us the names, date, venue, programme and the sections you want — along with optional photos and texts. We help with wording if you are unsure what to write.

3. Design & production
We adapt the chosen design to your event: colours, typography, animations, music and all sections. For custom designs you first receive a concept for approval.

4. Review & revisions
You receive a preview link of the finished invitation. Revisions are included per plan — 2 on Starter, 4 on Pro and unlimited on Premium.

5. Delivery & RSVP
After approval you get the invitation's personal link, ready to send via WhatsApp, email or SMS. The RSVP dashboard is active from minute one, collecting responses in real time.
What we need from you
A few things are enough to get started:
- checkThe couple's (or class's) names and the event date
- checkVenue (restaurant, hall, church) — with the hour if set
- checkA chosen design from the collection, or an idea for a custom one
- checkThe sections you want (programme, menu, dress code, accommodation...)
- checkPhotos and personal texts — optional, not required
Frequently asked questions
How long does the whole process take?
Up to 5 working days from the moment we receive your event details. In peak season (May-September for weddings, March-May for proms) we recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks ahead.
What if something changes after the invitation is sent?
A digital invitation updates — that is one of its biggest advantages. A change of time or programme is reflected on the same link, and every guest sees the current information.
How does payment work?
After your inquiry is confirmed we agree the details and payment by bank transfer or card. We don't ask for payment before confirming the timeline and scope of your order.
How long does the invitation stay active?
The invitation and dashboard stay active through the event and beyond — you have time to collect responses calmly and keep the memory.
